Tin Stefan Melvin Zrvadko Mooy known as Tin Mooy, or Sonny was an Australian soccer player (born 1989).

Early LifeEdit

Tin was born in Dover Heights, North Bondi, Sydney, NSW. He grew up supporting Arsenal, Sydney Olympic and Hajduk Split.

Blacktown CityEdit

Aged 17, he moved back to Australia and signed a two-year deal with part time side Blacktown City. He played as a defender.


Aged 19, Tin went to study at Brighton Secondary college in Melbourne whilst being a catering crew member for Bentleigh Greens F.C. He had trials at Melbourne Victory on two occasions but faled to impress. In 2010 he signed for Parramatta Eagles from November until May. He left in May 2011.


He turned down an approach by Carlingford Redbacks so he could further his education at Brisbane Wynnum Bayside State College whilst working at Cooparoo railway station. In January 2013 he had trials with Brisbane Roar and trained with them for a month and he also quit college and his other job. In early March, Roar informed him he wasn't going to be given a contract and he went elsewhere to find a club. He briefly worked in Charters Towers Airport. In July he signed for Northern Spirit.

He is the cousin of Aaron and Brodie Mooy.

He now supports Western Sydney Wanderers.

He is eligible to play for Australia, Croatia and Holland.

He is currently in a relationship with actress Janelle Corlass-Brown

He was friendly with jailed footballers Dodeca and Saturday Uwa
