2013 Copa São Costinha was held between 12-17th July in Lisbon, Portugal. As traditionally done, Portugal sent a side, this time their U19 side, although a second string. Due to it being in Lisbon, both Benfica and Sporting sent their B teams. Inverness CT and Ross County qualified through the Highland Cup and Australian State League side Palm Beach Sharks were invited. Andorra put together an U23 side and Qatar sent their U20 side.
